Voting Terms — Moominmamma

General information

  1. The voting organizer is LENNYLAMB SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, Kłudzice 9, 97-330 Sulejów, NIP 5213754292, REGON 365795034, KRS 0000645249.
  2. Weaving Studio is a platform owned by Eralgo. Eralgo solely provides, maintains, supports, and secures the platform for the Organizer. It does not use voting data for its own marketing, sales, profiling, or other clients.
  3. The purpose of voting is to identify the preferred candidate for Moominmamma.
  4. Participation is voluntary and free. Voting is not a contest, lottery, or prize promotion.

Voting rules

  1. A participant receives one basic voting point and may allocate it to one candidate in an open project.
  2. The point may be moved between candidates and open projects. Allocations retained in closed projects remain part of their history but do not reduce available voting power.
  3. One person may not use multiple accounts to increase voting power. The Organizer may disregard allocations that violate these Terms or constitute a documented manipulation attempt.
  4. Candidates in the current voting: blue, gray, and plum.
  5. Voting is open-ended. The Organizer may announce a public closing time later.

Voting outcome

  1. When settled, the candidate with the greatest total valid allocated voting power is preferred.
  2. A tie produces no automatic outcome. The Organizer may reopen voting or choose among tied candidates based on feasibility and explain its decision.
  3. The outcome expresses an intention to advance the preferred candidate but does not guarantee production or a launch date. The decision remains subject to technological feasibility, materials, logistics, and required licensing approvals.
  4. The project page is the primary place where the outcome, extension, or lack of settlement is published.

Communication and personal data

  1. LennyLamb may send participants necessary information about the progress and outcome of a project in which they voted.
  2. Information about future weaving projects is sent only under a separate, optional, withdrawable consent. Refusal does not prevent voting.
  3. Details of data processing, retention periods, and participant rights are set out in the LennyLamb Privacy Policy.

Final provisions

  1. Casting a vote means that the participant has read these Terms and accepts their rules.
  2. Questions and concerns may be sent to contact@lennylamb.com with the project and issue identified. The Organizer responds without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
  3. New wording is published as a new Terms version. Earlier votes retain a reference to the content presented when they were cast.
  4. Polish is the source version. If a translation differs, Polish prevails without limiting the participant's mandatory rights.
